The contribution we make to the ADE community

With the employment opportunities provided by A.D.E.'s many supported employees would be sitting around their house bored to death. Alternative, some may find themselves in situations that may expose them to unsocial behaviour. The existence of ADE's helps to develop a sense of social responsibility amongst supported employees.

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation

Our supported employees benefits from working in our ADE due to the realisation that the hold real jobs which increases their self esteem. Like folks in the general community, our supported employees also rely on the workplace to expand the diversity of the social experiences. Their families benefit by having the supported employee being in a financially stable situation. The improved self esteem of the supported employee flows across to other familt members.
