What we offer for supported employees

I work for a residental service that all the clients in the house go to the supported workshop to work at Wangarang they all love to go to work it gives them self esteme. They are not paid the amount of wages thata non disabled person can earn but it gives them a worthwile existance.

The contribution we make to the ADE community

The guys are emplioyed by wangarang and they do work on crews cleaning government buildings washing clothes at the mines and gardening contracts.

It gives them a sence of acheivement in doing a job no matter how disabled they are it gives them purpose in life as well as extra mo0ney to be able to go on holidays things that normal people take for granted.
