I am currently working for an ADE which has changed my life around in a big way, if it wasn't for the ADE i would still be shut off from the outside world laying around at home doing nothing. Since starting at the ADE my confidence has grown.

Employment provides a sense of self-worth, an opportunity to contribute, avenues for social networks, and means for financial independence.
ADEs provide all that and more. That's why ADEs work for me.

I believe that every Australian deserves the opportunity to work. I think ADEs should be an employment option for people with disability.
