The contribution we make to the ADE community

McCallum ADE provides goods and services to well over 200 business customers in Ballarat and St Arnaud. The range of services is diverse ranging from recycling and helping the environment through rag production and clothing recycling, to offering specialist skills to business in contract packing and assembly as well as domestic services to householders and small business. All money generated in re-invested in the local community and the employment of members of McCallum ADE is a real plus for the communities of St Arnaud and Ballarat.

Holding down a job is a valued part of living in a community. All employees of McCallum ADE work hard to ensure that they are contributing and making a difference at the local level. Families benefit when people are positively engaged and can contribute, not only financially, but by being part of a larger team and having pride in work completed. ADE's are crucial for the well-being of people with disability in the workplace offering opportunities where, without ADEs, they would not exist.
