All Star Access is an innovative community based organisation providing employment through its Disability Enterprises which include catering, gardening, recycling, commercial and domestic cleaning, car cleaning services and retail.The contribution we make to the ADE community
These enterprises operate as regular businesses; with all income generated going back into paying wages and operating costs. Any profits made are then reinvested in All Star Access programs to further support the community and people with disabilities. Customers of All Star Access Disability Enterprises make a real difference in the community by assisting those who need help to achieve their goals of finding meaningful employment. Customers also secure professional and high quality services in the areas of cleaning, gardening, catering, recycling and retail services at competitive prices.
How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation
All Star Access Disability Enterprises exist to assist people with a disability to gain and retain employment in a supported environment that may not otherwise be available in open employment. It provides a seamless transition for people with a disability leaving school or TAFE and offers the flexibility needed to both families and prospective employees. Employees are trained to complete specific tasks in a timely, efficient and professional manner. With the training provided, many gain qualifications during their employment with All Star Access through our training arm – All Star Training.
