The contribution we make to the ADE community

Our people are the foundation of our business. With 19 supported employees at Castlereagh Industries in Coonamble, we offer a safe, supportive and modern work environment. Our support staff facilities effective, relevant, ongoing training and support to optimise opportunities for each employee to be an effective and vital member of the Australian workforce. This also gives our employees the opportunity to participate in the economic and social life of our community. We assist small to medium businesses throughout the state as well as our local shire council with the services listed above.

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation

Castlereagh Industries is a Special Work of the St Vincent de Paul Society, dedicated to enriching the lives of Australians with a disability. We provide meaningful, gainful, sustainable and valuable employment for our employees. Training and development of all our supported employees is a priority for us as we believe that each employee should have the opportunity to develop to their full potential. We also work with each individual employee to achieve their own personal and individual goal. Working in our ADE creates long term friendships and relationships between many of the supported employees.
