CNS Precision Assembly is an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE) and employs people with disabilities. The goal of CNS is to help individuals to participate in the economic mainstream of local communities, by offering supported work opportunities and employment related services. CNS serves as an important component of a community system fostering individual productivity, independence & integration. CNS Precision Assembly manufacturers and assembles high tech electronic products are used either by business or in the general community.

CNS Precision Assembly provides a supportive work environment which is flexible to meet the needs of our workers whom have an intellectual disability. CNS Precision Assembly provides training, supervision, support and guidance. Workers gain skills in electronic assembly and confidence from performing work tasks associated with contract manufacturing. Workers at CNS Precision Assembly are given the opportunity to work and be rewarded for their performance. Many workers make new friends and friendships with their peers and co-workers.
