The contribution we make to the ADE community

Without our ADE many of our employees would possibly be staying at home being under the care of their parents. Consequently many parents would be required to reduce their own work hours to provide that care. Employment also creates opportunities for our employees to become consumers of local services and other products.

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation

We provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities who would otherwise not be enriched by the dignity of work. Work plays an important role in enhancing our employees skills, dedication, self esteem, teamwork and social opportunities. It also provides opportunities to improve their financial status.
