Goodwill Engineering is an Australian Disability Enterprise providing supported employment to individuals with disabilities interested in working in the manufacturing sector. Goodwill Engineering is a major supplier of building industry products in Western Australia and offer a variety of light engineering services including laser cutting.

Goodwill Engineering is dedicated to the successful employment outcomes of our employees. We provide supports for skill development through a range of support services – therapy assistance concentrating on individual needs and workplace supports, training on the job and core competencies with opportunities for individuals to achieve accredited qualifications. Goodwill Engineering has an individual focus and works with families to support employees have successful employment outcomes and achieve self-directed goals. Goodwill Engineering’s employee group are involved in the decision making of the business with key workplace committees providing input and direction on a range of areas. Goodwill Engineering has an active social club providing regular social activities in and out of the workplace for all employees and their families to enjoy.
