For more than 50 years, HWNS has been supporting people with a disability to live a good life as valued members of their community. We provide support for all people with a disability to achieve their goals and fulfil their potential. With our Services and Businesses across NSW, Qld and the ACT, we’re one of Australia’s largest disability organisations, providing meaningful employment opportunities for people with a disability. We employ over 500 people across our eight business areas including grounds maintenance, therapeutic and medical packaging, Aussie Biscuits, Summerland House Farm, commercial packaging recycling, laundry and engineering.

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation
