Koora Industries manufactures wooden pallets and survey pegs for business all over NSW. We also have a large work crew which services local businesses and private dwellings.

The contribution we make to the ADE community

For over 50 years Challenge Community Services has focused on inspiring, empowering and enriching people’s lives and the communities they live in. We offer employment to members of the community who otherwise would not be able to participate in open employment due to the level of support that they require. Challenge Community Services ADE’s all have a strong local reputation for providing quality products and meaningful employment to people with a disability. Many of our services are utilised by local business and provide invaluable service to the local areas.

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation

Challenge Community Services ADE’s are committed to delivering on the job training and support to all our employees. We provide choices to our employees through an annual development plan which includes selecting new goals and training that they wish to undertake. With on-going support and training, employees are able to develop their skills and build their confidence. Many employees gain accredited qualifications through our training department. Most importantly we provide an environment for people with a disability to gain and retain a job in a secure and supportive environment.
