Mambourin Enterprises provides meaningful employment to 57 adults with disabilities. Specialising in the areas of Packaging and Assembly, gardening and landscaping as well as, laser engraving and offsite work teams.

The contribution we make to the ADE community

Mambourin was the first, and is the only, provider of supported employment across the outer western suburbs of Melbourne. Our vision is of a community enriched by people with disabilities achieving their potential and enjoying independence. Mambourin promotes independent living by offering employment, education and training services to adults with a disability. Mambourin’s slogan “Empowering People”® drives all that we do. We have established supportive partnerships with local special schools and other mainstream local schools, providing work experience programs for students. Through our partnerships with commercial customers our supported employees are actively integrated in mainstream workplaces, experiencing interesting work and achieving valued status at a variety of locations in the community.
