Nadrasca Industry provides innovative employment and training opportunities to over 200 people in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Nadrasca’s employees benefit from productive industry standard employment and Australian Quality Framework Certificate level training in a number of vocational areas. The employment and training opportunities provide Supported Employees clear employment growth and vocationally focussed training to support experiential learning in the workplace. Quality employment options provide Supported Employees with financial self-determination, self-confidence and opportunity for employment growth. Nadrasca Industry also provides for social interaction and active inclusion for people from different walks of life and ages. The focus of Nadrasca Industry is to promote Supported Employees toward Open Employment options for those who seek a more inclusive career path. With the approval of the Supported Employee, Families, Carers and Support Persons are actively encouraged to participate with Nadrasca to maximise the positive growth experience at Nadrasca Industry.
