Radius is the largest Victorian provider of all-abilities employment outside of metropolitan Melbourne, and has been enriching the lives of people for over 60 years. Radius provides a range of jobs for people of all abilities, focus is on skills development, appropriate workplace behaviour and celebrating achievements; and is seeking more people who are enthusiastic and open to taking on new challenges. Radius constantly explores new business opportunities, to expand the range of options for supported employees.

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation

Radius offers pathways to open employment through education (Cert 1) and real-life work experience; and provides support for transition to work or retirement. Radius provides meaningful work for people in real businesses, doing jobs that contribute to the financial viability of each business. Skills learnt on the job can be transferred to open employment, providing personal satisfaction and achievement. Employees of Radius learn how to mix with their co-workers; about punctuality and diligence; and about the rewards for their effort, including a wage to supplement their disability support pension.
