The contribution we make to the ADE community
For over 35 years Sunnyfield Enterprises has focused on bringing Industry and Community together to form successful partnerships that benefit all stakeholders. As an Australian Disability Enterprise (ADE), we provide meaningful employment for over 300 people with disabilities across four Sydney locations. Sunnyfield Enterprises mission is about providing choice and is an organisation that is truly proud of its inclusive stance on employment opportunities and the training of supported employees to assist in reaching their career goals. Sunnyfield Enterprises endorses and promotes innovative programs such as Corporate Volunteer days. The program seeks to educate and provide an insight to the valuable work and support that Sunnyfield Enterprises provides to its supported employees and the community at large.

Working at Sunnyfield Enterprises provides our supported employees with the opportunity to participate in meaningful and fulfilling employment, learn new work skills, receive support and encouragement in the workplace, gain valuable employment experience, increase confidence and independence while making new friends and earning a wage. Our yearly Career plans allow the opportunity for collaboration with the employee and their family/carer to identify and set clear employment and vocational training gaols. Families and carers see the positive gains made by the employees who take great pride in their achievements at work.
