The contribution we make to the ADE community
Employing over 270 people with a disability in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven, Flagstaff contributes to the community through a variety of ways including its sustainability and environmental initiatives, training and support, and improving the lives of people living with a disability offering meaningful employment. It also supports a variety of charities, not for profit groups who are aligned with our vision providing donations and joint initiatives. Additionally it provides quality goods and services to thousands of customers across the region. Flagstaff was recognised for its leadership in the community:

How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation
Flagstaff leads the way in support for training and career development for people with a disability across all ages and capabilities, providing the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications while on the job in a supportive environment. Training opportunities include: - Flagstaff Vocational Program (FVP) a 5 week “school to work” program designed to provide year 11-12 students - Workskills a 13 week course for all new employees - Transition To Work - a vocational program to transition school leavers to the Open Employment market - Certificate II Process Manufacturing, Food Processing, Waste Management - for employees working across Flagstaff's divisions
