How supported employees and their families benefit from our organisation
Waverley Industries engage our employees through a more personal approach. We offer unique training opportunities allowing for the skill development of our employees. These are conducted, by accredited training providers, 'in-house', for the convenience of employees and for their carers. Our organisation is non-discriminatory and we are very multicultural. We have a social club, offering organised activities for employees and their families, including the Christmas Gala and Awards night. Our support staff are compassionate, caring and considerate who try to ensure that each employee is catered for individually. Independence is encouraged by allowing employees to participate in decision making.
