What we offer for supported employees

Windgap Enterprises provides supported employment to over 60 people with an intellectual disability. Services include: labelling, collating, light assembly and packaging. Windgap prides itself on providing meaningful employment to people with intellectual disabilities while offering superior attention to detail and excellent customer service.

The contribution we make to the ADE community

Provide employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities. Also there are individual, student and corporate volunteering opportunities to mentor and help develop the supported employees' skills.
